The Aizkorri range and adjoining ones, in south western Gipuzkoa, with their zones of exceptional interest and the treeless areas of Urbia are visited by many fell walkers and also by school pupils on excursions with their teachers.

On visiting them and seeing from the information panels that there is another series of megalithic monuments, visitors may become interested in also going to other areas, such as Elgea Artia or the much less famous and lesser-known Aratz-Alsasua area itself.
