The megaliths existing at the Aizkorri site are basically dolmens, although another important monument is the Zorrotzarri menhir. As in the other ranges of hills in south-west Gipuzkoa (Aratz-Alsasua, Elgea-Artia, Kurutzeberri and Orkatzategi) cromlechs are not known, as is usual outside eastern Gipuzkoa, with just a few exceptions.

The megaliths of the Aizkorri mountain range belong to the municipalities of Oñati and to the Partzuergo Orokorra of Gipuzkoa and Araba (Urbia), and the Partzuergo of Altzania.
