Virtual visit: Access to flight over North-Adarra(QuickTime, 4,7 MB)

The megaliths between Onyi and Altxista can be easily reached from Xoxoka. To visit the Etzela and Unamene collections, as well as the nearby Navarre ones, the Arano route is better.

  • From the northern end of the station we first find the Onyi summit where there is a small chamber made of several slabs that create a trapezoidal site, the Onyi chamber.
  • 650 meters SE the extraordinary Mulisko Gaina collection can be found. It is on a plateau on the SE Onyi foothill. There is a set of 4 cromlechs located there, together with a double chamber, a monolith and two undefined structures. The materials are sandstone and local terrain conglomerate.
  • The wide Bisasabe pass, SW from Onyi, features the Pozontarriko Lepoa dolmen.
  • The Arleorko Zabala pass, between the Trintxalekuta and Arleor crags, houses a set of 4 cromlechs. Along the mountain range, climbing ESE, Aballarri dolmen can be found in the northern pass of the Aballarri Mountain .
  • Climbing the mountain range towards Adarra, 200 meters south from the pass and the old Mantale snowfield, there is a beautiful tumular cromlech called Elurzulo cromlech. A new cromlech was discovered in 1995 located 500 meters ENE from Elurzulo, the Amunola cromlech.
  • Also on the N side of Adarra, about 250 meters NNW from the Tximistako Egia set of cromlechs and on a small shelf, a set of 5 cromlechs was found: the Tximista cromlechs.
  • On the shelf located East from the Adarra summit, there is a set of 6 cromlechs known as the Tximistako Egia cromlechs.
  • On the wide Agerreko Zabala pass, S from the Adarra Mountain , are the Eteneta cromlechs. A magnificent 2-meter orthostate, a raised monolith stands out among them.
  • 200 meters SW from Eteneta, the 4 Eteneta II cromlechs can be found.
  • Down in the center of Usobelartza, between the Onyo and Aitzkorriko Gain mountains and less than 1 km W from the set of monuments of Eteneta II, the Usobelartza menhir can be found.
